AtlasNet PVO Enrollment
Welcome to the AtlasNet Inventory PVO enrollment page. By completing the form below you will be entered into our installation queue to be setup with AtlasNet Inventory for your agency. Please note that installations will be scheduled first with the nine Atlas agents who piloted the system, and Prime Fleet PVOs. After that phase of the roll out, installations will be scheduled with other agents according to the order in which we receive them. After completing the application below, a representative will contact you by email to schedule an initial phone interview. During that call, we will walk through the necessary information that will be required to complete your installation and determine if you need assistance in procuring your hardware.

After the initial phone call the agency will be required to do the following:
  1. Establish a point of contact at your agency to coordinate the enrollment process.
  2. Send IGC the New Account Bulk Spreadsheet listing the PVOs who will use AtlasNet Inventory.
  3. Have your agency’s security contact email or call the Atlas Helpdesk (helpdesk@atlasworldgroup.com or ext. 2900) to set up AtlasNet ID’s for your PVOs who don’t already have them (this is required for them to take the web based Inventory training in Atlas Academy).
  4. Communicate with IGC when the hardware has been received, and the PVOs are ready for the initial installation.
After your PVOs’ accounts have been activated and their hardware setup, they can take the web based AtlasNet Inventory course in Atlas Academy. This is a required course. After the course is completed, the PVO can begin using the Inventory system.

In summary the AtlasNet PVO Setup Steps are as follows:
  1. Initial Interview / Information Gathering
  2. Submit PVO list and set up their AtlasNet ID’s
  3. Purchase / Ship / Install Hardware
  4. Testing / Verification of the Installation
  5. Atlas Academy Web Based Training
  6. Rollout
