Emailing Estimates from QuickMove with Outlook
Outlook requires that all 3rd party programs pass a verification test before it will allow that program to piggy-back its email system. In this case, the 3rd party is QuickMove.
When you open an Estimate/OFS/Table of Measurement or any other report document, you will have an Email option. Click on the Email button to open the email options window. If you had an email address on the estimate, the email window will default to that address and have a default message in the email subject and description. Once you are ready to send the email, click on the Send Email button. This will initiate the verification window. It will be located on your task bar at the bottom of the screen called Microsoft Office Outlook. It will be grouped with your QuickMove applications.
Click on the Microsoft Office Outlook option in the task bar to open the verification window. Click Allow. It will then run a scan and you will have to click Allow again. Your email is now sent.
