Hardware for Survey Program
A. Make sure you have purchased the hardware before scheduling training.
B. Recommended Hardware (Palm)
1. Palm TX
2. Treo 650
C. Recommended Hardware (Printers)
1. HP DeskJet 460 wbt
2. Canon IP90 w/ Bluetooth

Other Requirements
A. Make sure you bring all of your hardware to the training (printers, Palm, etc.).
B. Make sure all of the hardware is fully charged.

Software Installation
MoveLink
1. Please make sure the MoveLink Survey Program is installed on your palm device.
2. If the MoveLink Survey Software is not installed please call IGC Support to schedule a time before the day of the training to install the software.
3. Make sure the MoveLink Survey Program is unlocked. For unlock instructions click here.
QuickMove
1. Please make sure the QuickMove software is installed on your P.C.
2. If the QuickMove program is still running under the trial period please request an activation. For activation code instructions click here.
